Ernst also advises international banks and financial service providers developing the Austrian market and foreign investment funds obtaining licenses from the Austrian Financial Market Authority.
 
Ernst is the co-editor of the standard commentary on the Austrian Securities Supervision Act and frequently publishes in Austrian and international legal publications. He is the author of (2nd ed. published in 2009) a Handbook on Information Duties in Capital Markets and developed a model issuer compliance code for companies listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange, thus further demonstrating the firm's outstanding reputation in the field of capital markets and its standard-setting expertise.
