Dominique M. H. Lemoine is the founding and managing partner of Carreras & Lemoine, LLP. Mr Lemoine concentrates his practice on French-American corporate transactions and litigation, and counsels multi-national corporations in the fields of M&A, contracts, commercial relations, arbitration and litigation, corporate law, and international transactions.

Mr Lemoine’s clients are mostly European businesses maintaining significant commercial interests in the US. They come from a wide spectrum of industries, including electronics and technology, software, nuclear, electronic fund transfers and the credit card industry, air and railroad transportation, garment production, real estate construction, food products, oil trading, energy and soft drinks.

Mr Lemoine maintains an active presence in the European-American international business community of the Southeast US, and was recently reappointed French Foreign Trade Adviser (Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur) by the French government. He is the former chairman and a former member of the Executive Committee of the International Section of the Georgia State Bar Association. He also actively serves as a member of the Advisory Committee to the Center for International Business Education and Research of the Georgia Institute of Technology (“Georgia Tech”). Mr Lemoine is a past president and current board member of the Atlanta Chapter of the French-American Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Mr Lemoine was elected conseiller consulaire and vice-president of the Conseil Consulaire for the Atlanta consular circonscription.

Mr Lemoine speaks regularly at conferences, both international and local, on a range of topics, including government-corporate relations, trade agreements, intellectual property rights, litigation, arbitration, and business law.
