Mr Dalla Verità, a chartered public accountant, auditor and published writer, is the founding member of Dalla Verità & Partners, with branches in Bologna, Milan and London, specialized in advisory, M&A (advisor and originator) and cross-border taxation. He is experienced in financial instruments and securitisation vehicles in compliance with EU legislation, and has a longstanding and successful track record in the Far East and African markets.
He is a member of various international bodies in the field of international tax law, as well as a member of STEP, the London-based Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Mr Dalla Verità works with HNWI in areas such as tax structures for managers and sportsmen, real estate tax planning and regulations, and the arts. The forthcoming revised regulatory framework in England and Wales will allow him to apply his considerable experience in trusts and probate proceedings in these countries.
He is a regular contributor to leading publishers such as WOLTERS KLUWER and has written more than a hundred publications on taxation and corporate, trust and business law. He regularly lectures on these subjects for private entities and associations.
Mr Dalla Verità has been studying worldwide trends and habits for decades. His analyses are marked by an insatiable curiosity as to the individual motivations and behaviours that underlie macroeconomic phenomena. He is equally at ease whether exchanging ideas with shopkeepers and scholars, or Nobel laureates and leading entrepreneurs.
