Vittorio De Luca is managing partner of the Firm and before joining De Luca & Partners he practiced at Loyens & Loeff (Amsterdam) and Studio Deiure (Milan). Born in Milan in 1965, also thanks to his degree in Jurisprudence and in Economics, Vittorio is highly skilled in understanding business needs. He is regularly involved - as expert for employment and labour related matters - in primary reorganizations, M&A, restructuring and private equity transactions and usually advises corporations, private equity funds, often in conjunction with other law firms within the frame of international transactions involving multiple jurisdictions.

Author of a number of articles in the specialist press, Vittorio is advisory member of the Certification Commission at the Provincial Labour Office, Milan and is a member of AGI (Italian Employment Lawyers Association), of the EELA (European Employment Lawyers Association) and of the ABA (American Bar Association).

Vittorio has been mentioned among “Top Management” employment lawyers by Legal Community Labour Awards 2013.

From 2002 to 2011, Vittorio was honorary fellow in the Department of Labour and trade unions law at the State University of Milan. Further to Italian, Vittorio speaks fluent English and French, due to his foreign experience and his regular assistance to multinational and foreign employers.
