Maria Lilliestierna brings more than fifteen years of experience to her role, with a background spanning corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, data privacy and contract law. Before joining Deloitte she held senior legal positions at Adven and at Fondia Sverige, gaining perspective on the legal needs of businesses from both an advisory and an in-house standpoint. She holds a master's degree in commercial and tax law from Jönköping University and has also studied business law and economics at Baylor University, an academic foundation that supports the commercial orientation she brings to transactional work.
