T Brooke Farnsworth is a leading oil, gas and energy law attorney and member of the State Bar of Texas. Mr. Farnsworth has handled oil and gas transactions and litigation involving almost every producing state in the United States. He has negotiated and documented oil and gas property purchases and sales valued of as low as $1.5 million and as high as $185 million. He has been involved in acquisition, development and sale of oil and gas properties. Additionally, he has been involved in litigation of oil and gas disputes involving operators, producers, royalty owners, pipeline companies and end users.
Additionally, Mr. Farnsworth has acted as an advocate in arbitration proceedings and has acted as an arbitrator in disputes involving the operation of oil and gas properties, and the acquisition of oil and gas properties. He has also represented oil and gas companies in matters involving the federal government.
