Jackson Shuai-Sheng Huang
Taiwan's new Personal Data Protection Act ("PDPA") becomes effective on October 1, 2012, and applies to all public and private sectors and individuals. In the year of 2012, Jackson Huang led the PDPA team of Formosa Transnational Attorneys at Law to undertake various compliance program in different sectors which have most significant influence from the implement of this new act.
In last month, our firm cooperated with Aon and SGS to hold a very successful seminar which attracted more than 400 people to attend. We believe with our expertise and experience in this field we can assist our clients to tackle any issues arising from the implementation of PDPA.
