Marc Van den Bossche

Marc Van den Bossche is the lead partner in charge of the legal services department of Grant Thornton Tax &amp; Legal. He has over 20 years of professional experience with strong focus on corporate law, M&amp;A, restructurings, commercial contracts, IP/ICT and deal negotiation/mediation. He is familiar with accounting, tax and valuation principles. <br><br>He’s fluent in Dutch, English and French and has a workable knowledge of the German language. <br><br>His specialties: <br>• due diligence and acquisitions (negotiations and contract drafting) <br>• commercial contracts (distribution, production, agency, license, joint ventures, ...) <br>• legal structuring and restructurings (advisory, negotiations, contract drafting) <br>• corporate compliance <br>• legal problem solving in business related areas <br>• special assignments for public sector and non profit entities. <br><br>Over the last few years he has advised and assisted large corporations as well as mid corporates and family held businesses on corporate transactions, in Belgium and abroad. <br><br>He is a member of the management team of Grant Thornton Belgium.<br>
