David Stewart

David Stewart is a partner with Griffiths & Partners. He qualified as a UK solicitor in 1989, and built a strong reputation as a disputes lawyer in London at SJ Berwin (now King and Wood Mallesons) and then Olswang, where he was Head of Commercial Litigation (1998-2007) and then Managing Partner, until he left in 2014 to join Griffiths & Partners as a partner. David has broad disputes and transactional experience. At Griffiths & Partners, as well as deploying his international disputes expertise, David is also focused on building the firm’s offshore practice. David is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a CEDR accredited mediator, and has 28 years of experience working as a lawyer in international firms on a wide variety of complex matters.
