Before HAKKEN, Miguel was Senior Consultant and Team Leader of IT Service Management Solution at Novabase where he was responsible for the delivery of several important transformation projects in this area in important organizations in several sectors, such as Portugal Telecom, NOS (ex Zon Tv Cabo), Mota-Engil, II IP (Information Institute of Portugal Social Security) CEGER (Central Management center of Government Network), FAP (Portugal Air Force), Barclays Bank.
