INLEX IP Expertise, a French Intellectual Property Law firm, was established in 1995. For more than 20 years, the firm has offered comprehensive and pragmatic legal advice, conducting clearance searches, developing pre-filing strategies and accompanying clients in prosecution and enforcement of their IP rights under the close supervision of Franck Soutoul and Eric Schahl.
In addition to the traditional missions offered by INLEX, the firm operates eight specialised departments to develop strategic consulting services in order to go beyond the simple management of Intellectual Property rights, with Lex Concept, Lex Retail, Lex Perform, Lex Value, Lex Wine, Lex Computing, Lex Market and LicensINLEX.
With offices throughout France, the firm has also taken on an international dimension, opening INLEX Africa in Cameroon in 2014. Increasing demand and interest in Africa then led the firm to further expansion by opening the IP HUB in Mauritius as well as a liaison office in Morocco. Thus, the firm assists clients directly and regionally by providing legal expertise in the protection of their IP assets in France, EU, Monaco and all of Africa.
