Mr Rosen is a Certified Professional Chemist and Certified Chemical Engineer with more than four decades’ experience across the specialty chemicals, personal care, pharma and industrial sectors. His qualifications and reputation as a thought leader and expert witness have earned him a distinguished place among the foremost advisers in his field.
Mr Rosen has served as a forensic litigation expert for both plaintiff and defence across State and Federal courts. His case involvement includes accident reconstruction, fire and explosion investigation, chemical exposure, hazardous material analysis, as well as evaluation of warnings, labelling and product instructions.
