Silvia Piccinini, Partner, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the firm's antitrust practice. A graduate of the University of Bologna with a focus on international economic studies, she further honed her expertise by obtaining a Postgraduate Diploma in Law, Economics & Politics of the European Community from the European College of Parma. Her early career included an internship at the European Commission's Internal Market Directorate, specifically within the unit dedicated to company law and procurement.

Since becoming a lawyer in 1999, Mr Piccinini has been a pivotal figure in LEGAL TWELVE's development, becoming a Partner in 2008. Her areas of specialisation extend beyond antitrust law to include national and international commercial law, labour and security law, criminal law of the economy, privacy and IT compliance, transport law, environmental law, as well as arbitration.
