Jaclyn Tsai

Jaclyn Tsai is a co-founder of Lee, Tsai & Partners Attorneys-at-Law, a Taipei-based firm known for its work at the intersection of law and technology. At the Corporate INTL Global Awards 2025 she was named Fintech Law Expert of the Year in Taiwan, recognising her position as one of the most influential figures shaping the regulation of financial technology in Taiwan and across Asia. Ms. Tsai began her professional life as a district court judge, serving on the bench through the 1980s, before moving into the corporate world as general counsel for IBM's Greater China operations.
