Jeff Brauer, an American attorney admitted to the Bar in Nevada and New York, is Magnusson’s Of Counsel based in Tallinn, Estonia. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia Law School.
Jeff began his career by interning at the U.S. District Court in Washington D.C. and Portland, Oregon (USA). He was also a member of the corporate law department in the New York City law firm Whitman, Breed, Abbott and Morgan.
In 2005, Jeff moved to China and worked with various law firms and European and US clients, advising cross border transactions.
Currently Jeff advises Magnusson’s attorneys in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and joint ventures, and in serving US and Chinese clients.
