Alessio Vianello

Alessio Vianello, managing partner of MDA, a law firm located in Venice, Italy, achieved a high level of experience in M&A transactions, in particular in the negotiations of share purchase and joint venture agreements between Italian and foreign partners.

He is enrolled at the Venice Bar Association since 1994 and qualified to plead before the Supreme Magistrates Courts since 2010.

He deals with corporate and commercial law, has particular experience in assisting Italian and foreign groups in extraordinary corporate transactions, national and international mergers & acquisitions, debt restructuring, project financing, industrial property, competition and contract law, both nationally and internationally.

He primarily assists capital companies in commercial law litigation, in matters of industrial property and unfair competition before both national and local magistrates. He also offers his consultancy experience in business crisis management procedures.
