Mr Giovanni Cinque is focused on the labour matters of employment and civil service for private, public and state employees. He also examines the matters of public employees´ labour status and contemporary problems in labour law.

The successes of the past 12 months have improved our market position. Among the most important: reaching a judicial administrator’s revocation; winning a controversial lawsuit for an unfair exclusion from a board of directors, with a compensation for damages for €500.000; ensuring – through protracted negotiations – that the shares of a flying company were sold; ensuring – for a leading auditing company – that some shareholders were transferred to another such company.

In order to better serve our clients in the coming 12 months, Massimo Militerni and Giovanni Cinque will open a new office in Genoa, to be closer to a reality that now belongs to us. We will also better qualify all lawyers with the attendance of specific master’s in significant issues, such as sports law, fashion law or corporate law.
