Nil Saru

Nil is the Managing Partner of the firm. He joined the firm in July 2009 on its formation. In the beginning of his career, he started with as a Manager in Fraud Risk Management of Standard Chartered Bank India managing fraud and control risk of consumer banking, North India. He worked as Team Leader JRA & Associates New Delhi before his stint at Standard Chartered handling Multinational Clients in the field of Risk and Transaction advisory.

Nil has a vast experience in the field of Audit,  Risk Advisory, Merger & Acquisition Advisory and Tax Advisory. A Fellow Chartered Accountant by profession, Nil holds a membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN) as well as of ICAI India. He topped Chartered Accountancy Membership Exam held on May 2009 by ICAN. Nil also holds Bachelor in Business Studies from Shanker Dev Campus, T.U. Nepal. Nil Further has passed Information System Audit Diploma Course from Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal. Nil serves as the Member of Editorial Committee of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal from Year 2015.

Nil has been appointed by Nepal Government, Ministry of Finance as the Expert Board Member of Securities Board of Nepal for 3 Years term from 2016. Nil chairs the board of various organizations in Nepal. Further Nil has been serving as the member of Committee for Risk Profiling of Insurance Companies appointed by Insurance Board. Nil has also served as the Coordinator of Committee for Development of Nawalparasi District of Nepal.
