Ng Yi Wayn

Ng Yi Wayn is a partner at Oon & Bazul LLP, a leading Singapore commercial law firm, where she heads the mergers and acquisitions and corporate practice. Ng joined Oon & Bazul as a partner in its corporate practice in 2020. Her contribution to the profession extends beyond her transactional practice: in 2018 she was recognised by Singapore Business Review among Singapore's twenty most promising legal luminaries aged forty and under, and she has served as a contributing author for Lexis Library's international corporate procedures for Singapore and supported the National University of Singapore Faculty of Law's corporate deals programme.
