Michele is a Partner at Pavia e Ansaldo Studio Legale. Michele Cicchetti's legal practice covers a broad range of finance matters, with a particular focus on the representation of lenders, sponsors and corporate borrowers in domestic and international leveraged finance transactions. His action fields include leveraged buyout transactions involving senior and mezzanine structures and assisting major Italian and foreign corporations in the acquisition, development and financing of renewable energy projects.
Michele sustained the Bar Exam in Milan in 2003 and became a member of the Italian Bar in the Year 2004.
