Maurizio Corain

Maurizio Corain works particularly in the areas of commercial law, international trade, integrated distribution and logistics as well as of aviation, maritime and transport law and has extensive experience in drafting contracts and advising on litigation. He also advises insurance as well as reinsurance companies operating in the above said sectors.

On the basis of over 25 years of experience, he has also acquired an extensive know-how in the planning and execution of the business activity; all that because he is constantly alongside the top management of his clients; therefore, he also acquired the ability to take part in the operational choices, also suggesting these choices directly to the clients. He attends specialist conferences, frequently as a speaker and he is intended for specialist scientific training assignments.

He is a member of ISDIT – Institute for the Study of the Law of Transport – as well as of AIDIM – Italian Association of Maritime Law – and EALA – European Air Law Association; he is the author of the chapter dedicated to the Italian jurisdiction of the handbook Aviation Liability, London, Law Business Research, 2019.
