João Ricardo Nóbrega is the current managing partner of RSA and the head of the real estate department. João is a real estate investment fund specialist and has been working in real estate sector for a long time ago. He provides legal support to national and foreign investors, both private and institutional, in all types of real estate transactions, including the structure of the most suitable investment vehicles for the envisaged operation. He also advises in the real estate projects and UCIT structures in international Portuguese-speaking market, namely in Angola.
João is also experienced in private equity and venture capital, and has providing legal assistance in incorporation of a significant number of venture capital funds over the last years.
João is a regular speaker in conferences on his area of practice and he is a lecturer in postgraduate course at the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal (Lisbon and Porto).
