Uwe Rautner worked in the legal department of an Austrian bank and for over eight years with two of the most prestigious international law firms in Vienna and in New York City. He received his doctorate in international insolvency law. Uwe has extensive experience in negotiating and structuring domestic and international finance and capital markets transactions. He has advised financial institutions and companies in diverse industries in numerous real estate, acquisition and structured finance transactions as well as in restructurings and securitizations. Uwe has authored numerous publications in the fields of banking and capital markets law.
