Grega joined the Law firm Rojs, Peljhan, Prelesnik & partners o.p, d.o.o. (previously Colja, Rojs & partners) in 1994 as a trainee, became an attorney after passing the bar exam and partner in 1999.
He specialises in banking & finance, commercial/corporate law and insolvency. Grega has advised many Slovene and international clients on different finance, M&A, general corporate/commercial and insolvency law issues, including issues related to syndicated loans, securitisations, collateralisation, close-out netting, bankruptcy remoteness and similar matters. Grega has also been involved in many financial restructuring cases on either creditors or debtor’s side.
Grega has been an examiner for more than ten years for Slovenian bar exams in corporate law.
