SCHILLER Abogados was founded in 1982 and is an international law and consulting firm.
The idea and intention of our office as a European firm is to offer competent, efficient and complete advisory services on legal and economic matters, especially for businesses.

Most of our clients in Advertising Law are international companies, their marketing agencies and foreign law firms. We offer assistance during the entire process of advertising campaigns, from the planning of the campaign to its implementation, risk assessment, organization of necessary private or public permissions for the shooting, as well as representation in court or before the self-regulating organs, if necessary. Of course, we also represent and defend our clients in cases relating to unfair competition.

As the Spanish member of the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance (GALA), a worldwide network of lawyers specializing in advertising, marketing and promotion law, we are able to offer solutions for the complex issues of international promotion campaigns.

Furthermore, we regularly advice on promotional games and online advertising projects. We are familiar with all requirements and potential difficulties which international companies may face when organizing such campaigns in Spain and design the best solution for the respective clients’ needs. We have personal contact to the Gaming Board and can realize all necessary steps such as informing the client about all legal regulations and necessary documents, drafting, reviewing and adapting the official rules, and depositing the rules with a Spanish notary.
