Thomas Aardenburg
Thomas Aardenburg (Netherlands, 1965) is managing partner of Soliana Bonapart & Aardenburg. From 1996 to 2000 he worked at our office and in 2004 he became a member of our partnership. He engages in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, project development, shareholder disputes, corporate litigation, directors' liability and corporate governance. He is also involved in cases regarding the financial offshore, international finance, the establishment of hedge funds and estate planning.
"We work for many foreign parties active in the former Netherlands Antilles - Curacao, St. Maarten, Bonaire, St. Eustatius and Saba, and in Aruba and Suriname. Thomas studied Tax Law at the University of Amsterdam. He speaks Dutch, English and German.
