His recent work include:- •Successfully representing the Russian businessman Arkady Rotenberg in discharging interim orders obtained by Ashot Egiazaryan and his associates in a legal dispute over the Moskva Hotel in the centre of Moscow of a value of more than $2 billion. •Successfully representing Aigul Zhankuliyeva, a Kazakh businesswoman in a claim against Mukhtar Ablyazov, a Kazakh businessman, former banker and politician in a claim over the shares of a Cyprus holding company controlling and operating Vitino Port on the White Sea. •Representing certain shareholders in the corporate conflict between the shareholders of the company Nemiroff, one of the largest world producers of strong alcoholic beverages. •Obtaining interim reliefs on behalf of the Quinn Family in their dispute with Anglo Irish Bank regarding, among other, the family-controlled Cyprus Companies.
