Soteris’ recent work on Mergers & Acquisitions includes: •Advising an ultra high net Ukrainian individual in acquiring a complex international structure owning and operating a tourist resort in Black Sea. •Handling successfully the process of amalgamation under the supervision of the Court of a limited partnership with two Cyprus companies owning and controlling a number of immovable properties in Cyprus of considerable value. •Advising a high net Kazakh individual in acquiring a business building in the City of Moscow through an optimizing Cyprus structure.
