Hassan Khan is a senior partner and founder of The Khan Partnership, an internationally focused law firm designed for the pace of the 21st century world. He specialises in tax, commercial litigation, international arbitration and international commercial projects.
The Khan Partnership works in total partnership with its globally based corporate clients and high-net-worth private clients, providing them with the insight, guidance and innovative legal and commercial solutions they need to achieve their objectives.

The Khan Partnership can help importers and exporters ease the overall tax burden and boost businesses competitiveness in the marketplace by taking advantage of the opportunities to obtain relief on the payment of customs duties and to devise effective and robust compliance systems.
The Khan Partnership is recognised by independent legal guides Chambers UK and Legal 500 as a top ranking firm in customs duty link to duty page and excise law. Its advisers will assist at every stage of a HMRC duty enquiry and investigation and have a genuine depth of experience advising on excise duty across the supply chain and successfully challenging unfair treatment by HMRC.
The Khan Partnership advises on all aspects of export controls. They can help obtain the relevant licences from Government bodies including HMRC and advise on whether goods are ‘dual use’ and subject to licensing. If you are facing investigation or prosecution from HMRC or any other regulatory body for breaches of export controls, the firm’s experts will defend your case and secure a positive outcome for you and your company.

They advise on all aspects of VAT planning and can help minimise VAT liabilities on acquisitions and disposals.
