Stefano Beretta first gained professional experience at the legal offices of international groups and then became a Founding and Managing Partner of Trifirò & Partners. Registered on the roll of lawyers qualified to practise as defence attorneys before the Supreme Cassation Court since 1994, during the course of his professional practice he has also defended cases before the Council of State, the Constitutional Court and the Court of Justice of the European Communities.

Being an expert in labour law, he is a founding member of AGI (Italian Association of Lawyers Specialising in Labour Law).

He has edited books and frequently writes articles on labour law issues in magazines, dailies (Il Sole 24 Ore) and on-line websites (http://jobtalk.blog.ilsole24ore.com/ in the  Dr Job section).

He is a regular speaker at public conferences, seminars and debates on topical labour law matters and is also in charge of the Trifirò & Partners “newsletter”, which is mainly focused on specific labour law topics.
