- VAAS Inc. was incorporated in 2003 and hence has almost 15 years of experience in independent accounting, auditing and entrepreneurship.
- Previous work experience was with the Dutch Ministries of Defense and Foreign Affairs (Head Office in The Hague and Ambassy in Suriname), Deloitte, Arthur Andersen, international financial institution. Pharmaceutical multinational, international telephone company and internet gaming company.
- Key responsibilities were audit assistant, senior and manager, COO with bank, finance manager and ultimately managing partner at VAAS Inc.
- International focus from the start with Foreign Affairs and international companies and clients and working with Nexia Sweden on the group audit of a listed international company in the internet gaming industry.
- Our services range from audit and assurance, tax services, business advisory services, payroll services, interim management and IT solutions and legal solutions (full service model).
- Our achievements comprise a.o. the contribution to the first audited financial statements of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and to the financial management of an internet gaming company.
- Rolf has management experience (supervisory and leadership) and worked in audit teams and in teams within the financial department of multination comoanies (team work experience).
- Rolf has worked in the Netherlands, Suriname and the former Netherlands Atilles.
- Broad experience in accounting and financial management in the Banking sector, Pharmaceutical industry. Financial offshore and Trust, Telecommunications and Public sector (government grant related organizations).
