Felix Michael Klement is a partner with Wildmoser/Koch & Partner Rechtsanwälte GmbH and head of the Vienna office. He graduated from Vienna University, received a J.D. from Vienna University and an MBA (Mergers & Acquisitions) from Vienna University of Technology in 2008. His core practice is advising and representing clients in cross-border transactions, M & A (including restructurings and distressed companies), joint ventures, public takeovers and antitrust law.
