Yves Constant Amani is the Managing Partner of YAC & Partners, a new firm specialising in the following areas, both in Guinea and internationally: M&A; Energy, Mining & Infrastructure Projects; FDI; Commercial Contracts; Commercial Litigation & Arbitration; PPPs; Employment Law; Real Estate; Corporate Immigration; Blockchain & Emerging Technologies; Private Equity & Venture Capital; Project Finance; Corporate Law & Securities; Banking & FinTech; Legal Secretary Services; as well as Legal Tech.
He was previously a Partner and Head of the Consulting Department at BAO & Fils, providing legal counsel on a wide array of local and cross-border transactions.
With a high level of experience, he provides strategic legal advice in various sectors of activity, excelling particularly in the structuring and negotiation of complex transactions. His fluency in English enhances his ability to interact effectively with a diverse global clientele, thereby facilitating cross-cultural communication.
He holds an LLM in International Business Law from the University of Cumbria, Carlisle, UK – as well as Master’s degrees from the Catholic University of West Africa in Abidjan and the Centre for Languages & Professional Studies in Accra. To deepen his expertise, Yves is certified in Project Infrastructure & Financing by the Edureka distance learning centre, and has completed a full course in Corporate Finance at the EDC Business School in Paris. Moreover, he is certified in AI for the Legal Profession, which allows him to integrate cutting-edge AI knowledge into legal processes, improving both efficiency and accuracy.
In 2023 and 2024, Yves was honoured with a Certificate of Excellence from Advisory Excellence. His expertise is further recognised by Global Law Experts in the area of commercial law. In addition, his qualifications are highlighted by his inclusion in the Chambers and Partners Global Guide, affirming his status as a leading legal expert.
