Stojan Zdolšek

Stojan is the firm’s managing partner with over 25 years of experience in corporate and commercial law. Prior to his career as an independent attorney in 1988, he worked as an in-house counsel at a large domestic company.

His experience as an attorney covers numerous complex M&A projects, restructurings and insolvency proceedings, where he has also acted as an insolvency administrator, as well as notable white-collar cases. As an experienced litigator Stojan has a strong track record in representing clients in high-profile cases before commercial courts and regulatory bodies.

Stojan maintains close ties with the business community. His broad client base spans a wide range of sectors from financial institutions, telecoms providers and pharmaceutical companies to retailers and media companies. He regularly advises management boards and general counsels of some of the most prominent companies active in this market and is particularly renowned for being a crisis counsellor to corporate clients facing high-risk situations.
