Zeenat is the managing partner at Zeenat Al Mansoori & Associates and partner at Qatari law firm Nada Al-Sulaiti & Partners. Admitted to practice law in Bahrain since 1988 and partner since 1990, Zeenat draws on over two decades of experience in legal consultation, litigation and commercial arbitration.

Zeenat represents a wide range of clients including prominent banks, private equity firms, leading multinationals and investors. Zeenat has extensive experience with financial transactions in both Shari'ah-compliant and conventional banking, insurance/reinsurnace and corporate acquisitions in Bahrain. Zeenat regularly represents property developers and advises on arrangements between hotel developers and international hotel operators.

Zeenat is admitted to practice law in front of the Court of Cassation and the Constitutional Court of Bahrain and is a member of the Bahrain Bar Society.

Zeenat is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, the International Bar Association and the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre. Zeenat sits on the board of the National Committee of the International Chamber of Commerce and the Committee of Petition and Reconsideration of Tenders. Zeenat is also the founder of the Bahrain Consumer Protection Society and served as president from 2001 to 2006.

Zeenat has written a number of articles which have been published in local newspapers and international law journals and magazines. Zeenat often speaks at legal conferences, seminars and workshops and is guest lecturer at the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance.
