Josée Weydert is the managing partner of NautaDutilh Avocats Luxembourg, and leads the banking and finance practice. She has extensive experience in finance and corporate law, in particular in capital markets, securitisation, financial products, securities laws, international finance structures, insolvency and restructuring.
She regularly advises financial institutions, other financial professionals and corporate groups on financings and investment structures. Having worked herself during her career for more than 6 years for a leading bank in Luxembourg in the capital markets and structured finance departments, Josée also has considerable banking experience, in particular in capital markets, structured finance and securities operations.
With 20 years of experience in the banking and legal sector, Josée enjoys high recognition among both market players and clients. She is recommended in the European Law Expert Guide. Josée has also been nominated in 2013 and 2014 as a Leading Lawyer by the IFLR1000 directory.

Josée holds a master of law degree of Robert Schuman University in Strasbourg and regularly speaks at conferences, in particular on topics including securitisation, finance products and security assets.
