Linas Sabaliauskas is the managing partner of the Lithuanian office of Triniti. He is also in charge of the firm’s everyday legal advice to the clients. Linas specializes in mergers & acquisitions, corporate law, and private equity, capital markets and securities.
The attorney is the arbitrator of Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration
Professional experience:
After graduation, Linas joined the representative office of the law firm “Lang, von Bülow & Collegen”, Lithuania (later Sarka, Sabaliauskas, Jankauskas, SSJ) and continues his legal practice at TRINITI.
Education:
Linas finished his master‘s degree in law at the Law Faculty of Vilnius University in 2000.
Linas also studied in Åbo University in Turku/Åbo, Finland (1999), and participated in a post graduate programme for lawyers at the German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation in Bonn/Cologne, Germany (2001).
Linas completed the Oxford private equity programme at Said Business School, University of Oxford in 2011.
Linas has also successfully completed the Private Equity and Venture Capital Program at Harvard Business School in 2012 and was granted Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Strategy at Said Business School of the University of Oxford in 2014.

Linas is fluent in Lithuanian, German, English and Russian.
Extra-curricular:
Linas is the Chairman of the Business and Corporate Law Committee of the Lithuanian Bar Association, is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and a board member of the German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce. Linas is interested in investment, private equity and fund management.
Linas enjoys music, reading and travelling.
