Michiya Iwasaki’s practice is focused on employment and general corporate. Since admitted to the bar in 1999, he has been engaged in a lot of litigations including employment cases on behalf of a wide range of companies both domestic and foreign based and advised companies on issues related to employment including producing rules of employment, changing working conditions, restructuring with employee reduction etc.
