Businesses, and the people who own and run them, are a major pillar of the economy, and an extremely important part of our work. Providing comprehensive legal and tax advice to businesses and supporting them in their operational business is one of our most important key competencies. Our goal is to contribute to the economic success of businesses, owners and executives by giving them a firm legal basis on which to operate. Blum&Grob's corporate law practice encompasses company law, commercial and general contract law, bankruptcy and insolvency law, and competition law.
Commercial Law
Our commercial law services include preparing, implementing and executing a wide variety of business transactions in Switzerland and abroad, and designing and drafting the relevant contractual framework. This includes advice on matters related to contracts for purchases, orders and services, drafting and negotiating local and cross–border agency, sales, distribution, joint venture and franchise agreements.
Company Law
We provide corporate law advice to all corporate legal entities at all stages of their development and operations, from small family firms in various legal forms to listed corporations, societies, clubs and associations, and foundations and trusts. Our services run from the establishment and organisational structuring of corporations to supporting and advising them on corporate governance and compliance, as well as designing and arranging the legal relationships between the parties involved (shareholder agreements, employment contracts, financing agreements, etc.).
Competition Law
We advise and assist clients in matters of competition law. This includes advice on matters of unfair competition and antitrust law in Switzerland and the European Union, and representation before the relevant authorities and courts. Our team also specializes in developing solutions that enable our clients to comply with the relevant legal requirements in areas such as pricing and marketing methods (vertical and horizontal agreements).
