Martine Blanck-Dap is a Partner at LPA Law in France, specialising in estate, inheritance and inheritance tax law. She heads the Private Clients practice and provides strategic legal counsel to executives, high-net-worth individuals, family-owned businesses and family groups, private banks and institutions on a wide range of tax-related matters.
Her expertise spans tax law, estate planning for the transmission of private and professional wealth, as well as asset protection – particularly in the management and transmission of artistic heritage via charities. She has a strong command of both tax and civil law, including international aspects in connection with the 13 international offices of LPA Law.
She is a founding member of the scientific committee for the French foundation for inheritance law (University “Paris Dauphine”), as well as a member of the “Art et Droit” (Art & Law) association.
In addition, Ms Blanck-Dap regularly contributes articles on these topics to professional journals (such as Option Finance or Le Figaro Partners), and is an active member of IACF (Institute of Tax Advice Lawyers).
