Since the 6th State reform, the three Belgian regions have become competent to compensate self-employed workers, who suffer from public works nuisances. That said, the previous federal rule has been repealed by the three regions.
Obviously, the conditions for granting as well as the amount of the compensation will rely on the undertaking’s geographical position.
