Jeffrey A. Rinde

Jeffrey A. Rinde, Managing Partner in the New York office of CKR Law LLP, was named Cross-Border Transactions Law Expert of the Year in New York, US at the 2024 Corporate INTL Global Awards. A corporate and securities lawyer with a distinctly international practice, he advises on the transactions that connect companies in the United States and Europe with markets across Asia, Central and South America, Russia, Africa, Australia and the Middle East.

Rinde's practice covers the corporate, securities and regulatory aspects of global business ventures across a wide range of industries.
