Mark Williams

Recognised internationally as a New Zealand immigration expert, Mark leads New Zealand’s largest and most respected corporate (and private client) immigration law practice, operating out of offices located in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Queenstown.

He has successfully represented private and corporate immigration clients, by providing both standard and complex scope visa services at low to high initiation levels, and is recognised for his ability to provide very high level strategic advice.

Mark is a recognized thought leader in the field of New Zealand immigration law, having practiced exclusively at an expert level in this specialized field for close to 20 years. He is an Adjunct Professor of Law of Victoria University (Melbourne), was a lecturer of immigration law at the University of Canterbury Law School, and is the Convenor of the New Zealand Immigration and Refugee Law Committee of the New Zealand Law Society. Accordingly, his insight and views are often sought by Immigration New Zealand when reviewing existing policy and developing new policy, prior to implementation, thus putting his clients in an informed position.
